What to Expect

Each Module is 1 hour and has been broken down into micro chunks for learning. You will also by guided by me to experience the Diamond as if I am working with you and receive a Diamond Activation to find your inner diamond of potential which will help you understand it for your clients and enhance yours and their experience.

  • Module 1 - The First 20 Minutes

    Learn how to quickly establish rapport and engage with your clients using the Diamond of Potential tool so that you quickly (in the first 20 minutes of the first session) uncover core language patterns, feelings and behaviours, which means you can start the intervention process and set your client up for success.

  • Module 2 – How to Work in groups

    Discover how you can serve more young people by using this tool to work in groups both in person and online. Understand how to use the Many Gift Smaller Diamonds with your clients so that you help your clients recognise and strengthen their self-belief, confidence and esteem.

  • Module 3 – The Diamond Experience

    Discover different exercises to use with your clients using the Shining Diamond of Potential so that you have a variety of Shining Diamond coaching tools and experience the exact workshop you can deliver to your clients virtually.
