Free Young Minds introduces our free Hypnosis and visualisation audios for tweens and teens starting a new school to feel confident, calm and excited.

You can cancel at anytime and you will only be charged for the month you signed to
Yes. You have acccess all the resources and audios you have accumilated while your membership is active. They will be removed when you cancel your membership, however you can download and keep them on your computer for safekeeping anytime before your membership expires. Guest speakers, Masterclasses will not be downloadable
The live sessions will be 1hr on zoom and take place every 2nd Monday of each month at 6pm UK. If you can’t join live the replay will be added within 72 hrs to the portal.
Yes there is a private community you have access to and will be provided once you join the membership portal
